Excellent company to order from, communication was excellent. DHL transferred delivery to Royal Mail, which was problematic, we went to RM and collected it ourselves. Feldherr had it shipped to the UK in 2 days and were excellent.

My only issue is with shipping cost, though really that's not your problem. But shipping internationally to New Zealand is hugely expensive (and sometimes the parcels shipped end up very crushed, with soft cardboard boxes used). This time I ended up shipping to a UK based parcel forwarding company then paying them to ship it to New Zealand, for ... half the cost of shipping straight from Feldherr directly, and that included a 15% tax on top.... mehr... weniger

I'm really happy with all the storages I bought. I'm just disappointed with the price set on dedicated games. I have Mythic Battle Ragnarök jsut the foam for the core box is 80€, If I add Asgaard expansion (knowing that this are not specifically for the box. I get to almost 100€. I paid the whole game with more than a 100 minis ... 180€. You can't tell me that foam tray for the game can be more than 30% of the total value. I mean, I have storage boxes, it's a board game I won't carry around, so no incentive as varnish will protect my paint job well enough.... mehr... weniger

Because I could not order said product from Amazon US and Amazon EU I can't order the product from brought me to Feldherr.net which to my surprise provided me the info to order and there was no complication with USD and payment. Shipping was fast, particularly the last order. In fact, I order for others. Strange how that worked out. Ideal box for ... HO steam (keeping engine and tenders together.... mehr... weniger

Products are good quality and as advertised. I also appreciate getting a discount on my overall purchase. You may want to consider DHL for a shipping option. Took a little while to arrive to US and when it did, it was held up at a USPS sorting center for almost a month. DHL might cost a little more but their shipping is so much faster.

It was tricky to narrow down the range of products to a set which would work together. Would benefit from better searching, filtering and grouping of products to make it easier to assemble a custom setup. Specifically a way to filter by the size of the slots in the foam (or size of mini that would fit) giving ranges on the search to pull back all ... suitable options.... mehr... weniger
