I love your products and have been using them for a few years not, mostly the pick and pluck foam, however as long as the only delivery option you offer is UPS I will not be purchasing anything from you. For the last order I had to call them up every day to provide them aditional details for the delivery and they never got updated, I called them at ... least 5 times to get my order but until I called you up and spoke to the very nice and helpfull Andreas UPS refused to deliver my order... mehr... weniger

This was my second bag, I needed a larger one as my army expanded. I love the bags and foam inserts. My only complaint is that it can be really difficult when purchasing the combos (bag w/ foam) to keep track of I individual foam thickness. Some type of visual or "fill a bag" tool that helps indicate the individual foam inserts and how ... they fit into the bags could help usability (and increase sales...?). Great products, will buy from you again.... mehr... weniger

I recently spent in excess of 300 Euros to get the complete foam kit inserts for the entire HeroQuest range as well as some additional accessories to enhance our play. Feldherr provide a perfect product every time, super fast delivery, well protected packages, all items in my orders were top quality with no issues or manufacturing defects.
