Importing from another continent is rarely easy or fast, and I would have liked a little more updates about my order since it contained a preorder that held up shipping for nearly a month. The delays were not a surprise—I just would've appreciated estimates and the like.<br><br>Will be a return customer!

This is a great product but unfortunately shipping to the U.S. is difficult. The problem is that address format is wrong and the Post Office won't deliver. In the U.S. the number goes before the street name.

Took a bit long time to find, what I wanted. Since I needed storage for Crisis Protocol with some expansions, it was quite tricky to piece together what would work. Overall quality of product is very good and I am very happy with that. Also arrived very quickly. Probably will order soon something for SW Legion too.

Très professionnel.<br>J'avais oublié un élément et le service commercial ainsi que d'expédition ont géré le problème.<br>C'est les meilleurs dans leur domaine.<br>Le prix est élevé mais le service est à la hauteur !

Biggest positive point: the choice! No game can resist you and with different possibilities for the same games.<br><br>Biggest negative point: the base foam (the underside) should be glued more carefully. It's not that it comes off but the base can be glued a bit crooked.
