Great products, wide range. The catalogue is not super easy to navigate. If you need to buy ready-made solutions, then it's all good. But if you have to consider custom solutions, then it's more difficult to actually check what pieces you need, what fits into what, etc. Some kind of "visual mock-up builder" would greatly help. Excellent products and website. Reasonable pricing and fast shipping. After sale support team is the week link of the company . On June 7th 2024 I placed order 9445907 value €494.80 . The contents were too bulky to be shipped in one package so the order was divided into two packages . Unfortunately the shipping department neglected to ... issue two new invoices and carelessly sent the original invoice for the total amount with one package while the second was sent without an invoice . This resulted in several weeks of delay and excessive amounts of customs duty that I had to pay as a result . The problem was reported to your customer service department immediately and a Mr Christopher Muehlfeld handled the problem from his end . He tried to reason with the Israeli customs authorities to no avail but at no time acknowledged the responsibility of your company . Eventually he added insult to injury by offering me a €50 compensation which I naturally declined . This was not a money issue to myself as much as it was an abuse of proper business practice that every respectable company should adhere to and common decency that it should observe .... mehr... weniger

They are using UPS for shipment. UPS are without a doubt the worst shipping company I have ever encountered. I would like to order from Feldherr again, but I'm unsure if I trust UPS with another package.

The items I bought are perfect for storing the delicate miniatures and game components I bought them to store. My only issue would be that the box turned up with holes in the side and damaged. I'm not sure whether this was due to especially thin cardboard or to Royal Mail mishandling it, however.

It is sometimes confusing to understand all the different foam sizes but the searchfunction is excellent and mitigates this to a certain degree. Awesome products. Recommended!
