Although I don't have anything negative to say about the products themselves (top quality again), I was a bit disappointed on shipping of my previous order. First of all, I know that the website says that shipping in general takes 3-30 days but this time around I specifically paid for a faster premium shipping. I live in Finland where shipping ... takes 2-5 days according to the website. I got the products via mail after 7 business days. Not much of a delay, I admit, but here's the point: why would I pay for fast express delivery if ultimately the products are delayed late? A question of principle really, more than a huge disappointment. Furthermore, I ordered a product with four pick n' pluck trays but the product came with only two of the sheets meant to draw out and design the layout of my trays, which in this case was quite essential. There's my two cents and thank you again for nice quality products!... mehr... weniger

I have ordered for Star Wars Imperial Assault a set of insert. The underlay foam was not correctly cut or glued, so from outside of the insert on one side there is a little rim, that shouldn't be there. But overall fits everything well in the spaces, I can just recommend this farther. ;)

I bought the XCOM board game insert. It fits the box perfectly and is super functional. Plus, it only took about a week to ship to the California!

Rally good products, and great service. The only reasons to not be awesome are:<br>The handle "disassembles" easily.<br>For other games, such as warhammer underworlds, everything fits awesome, on X-wing some of the compartments are "too tight" such as the dials compartments, or tie silencer, or upsilon class shuttle.

I ordered a couple of mini bags (model: mini-1901) which have a stated internal depth of 80mm along with 2 inserts for each that had a combined depth of 85mm each (one 50mm and one 35mm). The 50mm insert practically fills the bag and if I attempt to add the 35mm insert to it I can only close it with considerable squishing of the inserts. Really ... disappointing as I didn't have this problem with the mini-plus bags I ordered last year.... mehr... weniger
