After I received the Maxi Plus bag, I've found it to be 1-2cm too small (in height) than what was advertised. Filled with foam up to capacity, it's pretty tight when closed up. When I sent them an email with measurements and photos, their reply was basically "Sorry, that's just how it is."<br><br>To be fair, otherwise their ... products are very well made and great for the job they are meant to do, if a bit pricey. Will probably buy again in the future (albeit in part because I already have a good number of their products and they fit together - yay for vendor lock-in).<br><br>I kept the one I got, because I didn't want the hassle of returning it and then probably getting a new one with the same problem. And, well, otherwise it really is fine.<br><br>So, I guess I'm not really mad, but disappointed :-)... mehr... weniger

Overall the product is good, but there are 3 problems with it:<br>1) The foam content is about 5mm higher than the box<br>2) The topmost tray is very flimsy, easy to spill its contents<br>3) I'm worried that when I open the box, the red handle damages the insides when I push it in

Both for the Space Crusade and Space Hulk games I must be doing something wrong, because I cannot fit all parts in the foam trays. The space Crusade trays could benefit from an instruction sheet as well
